Redevelopment of a 36,000 SqFt 3 story vacant warehouse into a mixed-use project to include grocery, retail, restaurant, offices & flexible office/creative space.

Project includes significant environmental concerns, structural concerns, land limitations and historical limitations. Our Scope in this project was to act as Owners Representative which included finding & acquiring land, organizing entitlements, coordinating with architects, banks and builders to endure a timely delivery.

Responsibilities also include all leasing transitions, architects final certificate of completion & grand opening. Status – Currently under construction.

Dental Office

Status: Delivered to client June 18, 2021.

Development of a 15,000 SqFt medical building in Manlius to include dental, orthodontics and oral surgery components. Client - Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics of Fayetteville, NY.

Our Scope in this project was to act as Owners Representative which included finding & acquiring land, organizing entitlements, coordinating with architects, banks and builders to endure a timely delivery.

Regional Mall

Sangertown Square in New Hartford, NY

Management & Redevelopment of a 1.1 million square foot enclosed regional mall. Sangertown Square in New Hartford, NY includes over 900,000 square feet of GLA & 200,000 square feet of common area space.

Scope included management of all budgets, staff, driving leasing initiatives for Syracuse based leasing team, leasing sales of mine and an additional 16 shopping centers in the portfolio.

Additional projects included a complete $4 million dollar cosmetic renovation of Sangertown Square while open and absorbing a new project(Manassas Mall) into a portfolio which had not seen a new addition in over 15 years.
